NOTE: For your protection, we suggest you return your item with an insured courier (Airborne Express, UPS, Fedex, USPS Parcel Post, DHL). Request additional insurance if necessary. Retain a copy of the tracking number incase the item is lost in transit. Unfortunately, Giftscetera cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. If the item you are returning was damaged when you received it, please contact us immediately and we will provide a return shipping label.

Giftscetera accepts Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express. We also accept ATM cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
A 9.75% sales tax will be assessed on gift items delivered to California addresses. Flowers ordered from or delivered to Arkansas or Oklahoma are subject to sales tax. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order.
Upon completing the GiftsCetera order process you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will receive a second e-mail when your order is being shipped.
For same day delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday in the recipient's time zone. Saturday deliveries must be placed by 12:00 p.m. While GiftsCetera always strives for same day service, orders received after 12:00 p.m. may be delivered on the following day.
Unfortunately, time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases, or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Should you have a specific delivery time in mind for your arrangement, simply type it into the "special instructions" field during checkout. GiftsCetera will do its best to accommodate your request.
A promotion code is used for promotional discounts and if applicable to your order will be calculated at check out.
While unlikely, substitutions are sometimes necessary due to temporary, availability issues. Should a substitution be required with the gift basket or floral arrangement you are sending, our experienced specialist will always maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement using products of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to a sudden increase in demand. In single flower arrangements – such as orchids or a rose bouquet – our florist will make every attempt to match the flower-type, but may make substitutions of colors.
